Depending on your career path, you will have good functional or technical knowledge of the core product and modules, with specialisations within your chosen field, as well as an understanding of the wider platform and related technologies.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate hands-on experience of project delivery, either through consulting or end-user roles. You will also demonstrate that you are ready to adapt and evolve by being motivated and committed to upskilling yourself as the platform evolves. 

Candidates with more than 3 years experience will also be able to demonstrate experience of leading delivery teams and owning the design and build of the solution. Planning and executing projects from pre-sales through to delivery is also a valuable trait.
